I had this game when I was 14 y/o (I'm 37 now). Of all 30 Intellivision games I had, this was my favorite. You are the ruler of either two islands and must see to it that your people have enough housing, food, schools, hospitals, factories, etc. For that you need gold bars in your treasury. To get gold bars you are awarded a certain amount at the end of a round depending on your ratings with your people. Other way is to send fishing boats to hunt school of fish and earn a gold bar per second. Obstacles that you'll encounter are pirates that will sink your fishing boat (You can send patrol boats against pirates) and bad weather like hurricanes and tropical storms that sink boats and can destroy any building in your island. If people aren't satified with your performance, rebels will come out and destroy buildings. For a real kick, get two players and your opponent can play with you cooperatively or against you (you can deploy soldiers to attack your opponent's island) -- Before Simcity, there was Utopia
